- A minimum of a 4-year Bachelor’s Degree in Education (B.Ed.), Early Childhood Education, or a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant subject such as English Literature or English Language
- A PGCE, valid teaching diploma, or Cache Level 3 / Early Years qualification typically required for subject-specific or mainstream international schools
- Official attestation of all university degrees and teaching certificates by the respective Ministries of Foreign Affairs and UAE authorities
- Minimum of 1 to 3 years of full-time post-qualification teaching experience in an early years (EYFS / Key Stage 1) or primary setting
