- Ba/BSc (Hons) with QTS or ECT or NQT
- 5 GCSEs at grades 9 to 4, including English, Maths, and Science
- Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE)
- In-depth understanding of Humanities
- Classroom and behaviour management skills
- Experience with SEN students
