- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Special Education, Psychology, or a related field
- Recognized teaching license or professional qualification (B.Ed, PGCE/PGDE, QTS, or equivalent)
- Specialized SEN/Inclusion credentials (preferred: NASENCO or a Master's degree in Special Education, SEN, or Inclusion)
- Official degree attestation by MOFA of the home country and UAE, plus UAE MOE Degree Equivalency certificate
