- A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Special Education, Inclusive Education, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant teaching experience, including familiarity with British, American, or IB curriculum
- Experienced with Universal Design for Learning (UDL), assistive technologies, and evidence-based intervention strategies
- Proven experience with IEPs, BSPs, and MTSS
- All degrees and academic credentials must be officially attested for UAE equivalency
