- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Special Education, Psychology, or a relevant subject / inclusive education field
- A recognized teaching license or professional qualification such as B.Ed, PGCE/PGDE, QTS, or equivalent
- Specialized SEN/Inclusion credentials such as NASENCO or a Master’s degree in Special Education, SEN, or Inclusion is heavily preferred
- Degrees must be officially attested by MOFA of the home country and the UAE, alongside obtaining a Degree Equivalency certificate from the UAE MOE
