- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Science, Physics, Biology, Chemistry, or a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.)
- Teaching Certification: A Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE), state/provincial teaching license, or equivalent professional teaching qualification
- Experience: 2 to 3+ years of formal teaching experience, preferably within US, UK, or IB curricula
- Familiarity with the UAE Ministry of Education (MoE) framework
