- Ba/BSc (Hons) including QTS, ECT, or NQT
- Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE)
- UK school-based experience or equivalent
- In-depth understanding of Science, Biology, Chemistry, Physics
- Classroom and behaviour management skills
