Teaching Assistant

- Plan and deliver engaging activities
- Support pupils with routines, transitions, and behaviour management
- Assist in classroom preparation and lesson facilitation
- Follow school policies and procedures diligently
- Coordinate specific teaching support areas
- Build positive relationships with pupils to foster self-esteem and independence
- 1:1 support with EYFS, KS1, KS2
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills needed
- Some familiarity with UK educational system is required
