- Plan and deliver engaging activities
- Support pupils with routines and transitions
- Assist with behaviour management and learning
- Prepare classrooms for lessons
- Follow school policies and procedures
- Coordinate teaching support areas
- Experience with UK educational system
- Build positive pupil relationships and promote self-esteem
- 1:1 support
- Experienced with EYFS, KS1, and KS2
- Promote pupil safeguarding
