- Teaching assistant level 2/3 or equivalent qualification
- Experience in EYFS, KS1, and KS2
- Ability to plan and deliver engaging activities
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills
- UK school-based experience or familiarity with the UK educational system

A minimum of 2 references covering the past 24 months
