- Teaching Assistant Level 2/3 or equivalent
- Experience with EYFS, KS1, KS2
- Plan and deliver engaging activities
- Supporting pupils with routines, transitions, and behaviour management
- Facilitate positive pupil relationships and promote self-esteem
- UK school-based experience or familiarity with the UK educational system
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills
- Ability to coordinate specific areas of teaching support

A minimum of 2 references covering the past 24 months
