- School-based or child-facing experience
- Experience with SEN (Special Educational Needs) is advantageous
- Classroom and Behaviour Management skills
- Understanding of EYFS, KS1, and KS2 settings

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)
A minimum of 2 references covering the past 24 months
