- Plan and deliver engaging activities
- Support pupils with routines, transitions, and behaviour management
- Help pupils with their learning and classroom preparation
- Coordinate specific areas of teaching support
- Must have UK school-based experience or familiarity with UK educational system
- Build positive relationships with pupils
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills
- Experience with EYFS, KS1, KS2
