Teaching of Inclusion (Cycle 2 & 3)

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Special Education, Psychology, or a relevant subject area
• A recognized teaching qualification like BEd, MEd, PGCE, QTS or equivalent
• Specialized SENCO qualification or Master’s in SEN/Inclusion is preferred
• At least 2 to 3 years of post-qualification teaching or specialist support experience
• Experience with students in Cycle 2 (Grades 5–8 / Years 7–9) and Cycle 3 (Grades 9–12 / Years 10–13)
