Our founding team brought together over 60 years' combined recruitment experience and decided technology had to be at the heart of the answer.
For years, supply staffing meant 7am phone calls, opaque margins, and the same shortlist of names being sent everywhere. Schools got frustrated. Great candidates got overlooked. Everyone paid more than they should have.
So in 2019, we started over. Our founding team brought together over 60 years' combined recruitment experience and decided technology had to be at the heart of the answer. We built our own AI/ML-powered platform and app. We made our pricing visible to every party. We rewarded the people who built our network. And we kept the human side — real recruiters, real conversations, real care — right where it belongs.
Today rTriibe operates across six regions in the UK, working with thousands of schools and educators. We're proud to be a BETT 2025 finalist for AI in Education Workload Reduction — but we're prouder of the day-to-day difference we make for the people who actually use us.
