Hi I’m Adam, I’ve been in Recruitment for over 9 years mainly working in banking and finance prior to working at rTriibe. I Worked within Health & Social Care recruitment most of my recruitment career and changed sectors after Covid to Logistics & Supply Chain, now back in healthcare!

Nurse – OHA https://rtriibe.com/job/nurse-oha/ – Hemel Hempstead

an opportunity for Nurse Qualified OHA to provide first-class Rehabilitation and Occupational Health services to clients in the Hemel Hempstead area. You will be based onsite at the clinic with occasional visits to client sites as and when required.

About the role:
You will need to be a proactive, friendly and professional person who is confident managing their own workload.
Provide managers with occupational health advice on short and long term sickness absence cases, outlining in detail rehabilitation and redeployment options where appropriate
Proactive case management of frequent, short term and long-term absences providing prompt intervention in instances of: work related, muscular-skeletal and psychological stress cases.
Providing Safety critical medicals, Case Management Referrals, Health Surveillance, HAVs Assessments, Ad hoc OH tasks.

Requirements:
• At least 2 years Occupational Health experience
• Registered General Nurse on the NMC register.
• Up to date with audiometry, spirometry and HAVs Tier 3

We are looking for a Team Leader to work within a Supported Living service near West Derby, Liverpool. You will be working with adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism and complex care requirements.

About the role:

As a Team Leader you will work alongside the Service Manager and will be responsible for facilitating the day to day running of the community support service
You will help to organise and monitor day to day support ensuring that it is delivered efficiently and to the highest possible standard.
The job is all about giving people encouragement, guidance and support so they can live as independently as possible and have the freedom to make their own choices.

Requirements:

Full UK Driving Licence
Have experience of working in social care, working with individuals with Learning disabilities, Complex needs and Autism
Have an NVQ3 in Social Care or equivalent or working towards
Available for on-call on rotation
You will know that you need compassion, integrity and to treat people with dignity and respect.
You need to be reliable because people are depending on you
Occasionally be able to travel between locations and work flexibly, including evenings, weekends and overnight if required.
You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and good IT and numerical skills.
Have experience in a supervisory role and motivating a staff team

We have an opportunity for a Childrens Registered Manager to work within an Ofsted Regulated, Residential Children’s Home based in Scarisbrick, near Ormskirk & Southport. **This is a small 2 bed service**

Requirements:

The desire and passion to safeguard, motivate, and inspire your staff team, and young people in your care.
Good communication skills to work effectively with colleagues, in addition to working closely alongside other external professionals.
The characteristics and personality to handle challenging behaviours effectively and professionally.
The skills required to lead and supervise your colleagues.
The confidence to make good decisions, based upon risk assessment and the needs of the children and your colleagues.
A sound and in-depth understanding of industry regulations and standards, including Ofsted, the SCCIF, CHR2015, Working Together to Safeguard 2018 etc.
The skills to work collaboratively with various multi agencies, such as Social Services, the NHS, the Police; in order to collaboratively engineer the best outcomes for our children.

Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (or equivalent qualification).

An opportunity for a Residential Support Worker to work with children aged 7-17 within a lovely home based near Lyth Hill, Shrewsbury.

Purpose & responsibilities of the role:

To contribute to the development of the residential service in a manner that maximises the children’s and young people’s life chances.
To participate with other team members in planning and maintaining a living environment which is conducive to the well-being of service users living in the establishment.
To ensure the Company’s commitment to the safeguarding of children and young people is upheld and any areas of concern are reported immediately to the appropriate person.
Attending and preparing for children’s conferences, reviews, planning, core group and other meetings in connection with children placed with the company
Maintaining children’s records accurately and within agreed time-scales
Undertaking Key Worker responsibilities conscientiously and in accordance with agreed time-scales.

Requirements:

NVQ 3 in Level 3 NVQ Health and Social Care (Children and Young People), Level 3 Diploma for the Children and Young People’s Workforce or equivalent
Must hold a current valid full driving licence.
Previous Residential Childcare experience is essential
Experience of working with young people with a physical and/or learning disability.

Salary:

Up to £29,536 which includes sleep-ins paid at £50 per sleep and only 1 or 2 sleeps per week. Working 39 hours per week which will be long days, plus a fantastic benefits package and career progression & training opportunities.

We are seeking a Care Manager to provide day-time support to adults with a learning disability, based at a service near the Anfield/Walton area of Liverpool.

About the role:

You will be responsible for developing and implementing the service’s activities and ensuring that they meet the needs of the people we support.
You will also be responsible for managing the service’s budget and ensuring that it is delivered in a cost-effective way.

Requirements:

At least three years of experience in a management role within social care
Proven experience working with people with learning disabilities
A strong understanding of the needs of people with learning disabilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
